Our hosting service processes technical information needed to serve and protect the website; hosting or access services may use necessary cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to deliver them.

Booking and payment

“Book now” opens our room-booking page. Availability, booking details and any payment arrangements are explained at the booking destination. Review the terms and privacy information provided there before proceeding. This website does not itself collect payment-card details.

Membership enquiries

Membership plans use separate joining arrangements from room bookings. You can request a secure online-payment link from our team on WhatsApp, or discuss the benefits and pay at reception. Selecting a plan on this website does not activate a membership or process a payment. This website does not collect membership applications or payment-card details.

Contacting us

Telephone, email and WhatsApp links open the communication service you choose. If you contact us, the details you share are used to respond and arrange the service you request. Your communication provider’s privacy terms also apply. Please do not send payment-card details in an enquiry.

Reservations and service records

Information needed to arrange and fulfil a reservation may be handled by City Resorts and the service providers involved in booking, payment and communication.
